advise on the right supplements/and or traing
i've only been training for 3 months, but haven't seen any results. and i tell you, i've completely changed my lifestyle, in the gym at least 5 times a week, intense cardio and resistance training.water like niagra falls,and eating right:I don't even like food anymore! to top it off i've been taking Ripped Fuel Extreme!Help, i'm getting very discouraged
