Okay here is the workout that I did tonight. I made have still over did it a little
Flat Bench 1x10 warmup, 3x8
Close Grip Bench-2x8
Leg Curls-1x10
Military Press-2x8
Skull Crushers-2x8
Bicep Curls-2x8
Squats-1x12
I am still learning, but maybe this is in the right direction.
