You dont need help bro, you need to help yourself that's all.
It's almost as simple as EAT, TRAIN, REST and GROW.

Wost thing to do is look to supps right off the bat. First find the right diet and training and see how far this takes you before you start looking to supps.
Although I do recommend the Whey and later down the road like 3-4 months the creatine....But forget about "fatburner" until you clean up your diet and train properly. AS you may not even need the crap and fatburners are not actually good for the body - Dig?

Are you trying to build muscle? Just cut out the junk food and non nutrional crap like Pizza a Soda. Use the "common sense" method to eating. If you are trying to get big just eat every 2 hours.
But limit your sugars and crap like that.

I suggest very light cardio, like walking. Otherwise, your going to burn off whatever muscle that is there now and you will obviously hinder the production of any new muscle. Sure you can loose weight with intense cardio, but who wants to end up in the end looking like a marathon runner? Not me, but that's what started to happen to me a long time ago after a cutting session that was focused on a low carb diet and high intense cardio with 4 days a week weight training. It just didnt work.
I suggest to find a sensible with high protein and sufficient amount of carbs
Eat good and train like a beast.
Just make sure your weight lifting sessions are intense. So use very little rest in between the sets and you will get a very intense workout. The more muscle you add to your body the more calories are burned through out the day. Slowly you will burn that crap off while adding more muscle at the same time
