Trying to Change My Life
Hi everyone...I am a 23 year old law student from Texas. I used to be very athletic but things have gone downhill for me over the last few years. I am currently 5'8, and 200lbs for the first time in my life. I have a beer belly and have lost most of my muscle. I am ready to change my life.
I want to slim down, lose my gut, and build muscle. BUT I NEED HELP!
What supplements should I take? Is mixing Hydroxycut, Whey Protein, and Creatine a good idea?
Also, what is considered a good meal for "6 small good meals a day?" I really want to do this, I am just struggling with so much information on the internet.
Finally, what should I do at first to lose weight? Should I just do cardio, or cardio and weight training? And how often?
Sorry for the multiple questions, but all the information out there is just so hard to put together!
