This is going to be a cutter cycle. I did a bulk cycle in the fall of just Test put on some decent size about 15 lbs i would say.

Im looking to cut some body fat and some lbs while maintaining the muscle i have now. Right now i am about 235lbs 6'1" about 18% b/f (havent had it checked in awhile) I want to try and keep my diet at around 3000 calories for the first few weeks then slowly decrease it as much as possible. All food will be clean. chicken, eggs, protien, tuna, sweet potatoes ect. I will have one cheat meal a week most likely on friday/saturday night. Also gave up the booze too-which was the hardest part
While i was getting all my stuff together i stumbled upon some 4-ad spray (that i must have bought before the ban) haha anyways would there be worthwhile to use that? i totally forget all the pro hormone stuff? anyone with some knowledge want to chime in?
side note-still live at home getting ready to move out after the summer once i get engaged-but i ordered some more pins yesterday and must have printed the receipt as confirmation but my printer was fuked up-so it never printed. it thought i deleted the job. so i took off to the store when i came back it printed and yep my mom finds it. wasnt a good scene. i just said i was ordering protein and they must have put that on the invoice-my dad goes "not a good enough answer" ooops
