hi, newbie here.
I wish my chest was smaller. I'm not huge, but if I put on a pound or two, it goes straight to my tata's. I want to tone that part down, and look great in those little camisoles..
does anyone have any suggestions for targeting that area? I wasn't sure if the excersises mentioned above were for making the chest look larger or not.
I know burning calories or aerobics helps, but what about push-ups, crunches, etc to target that area?
