Notes: I usually squat 425-455, but i took two weeks off and this is my comeback. I ease back in. If i can push it safely on my first wek i will.
Next 2 months ago i benched 315 x 3, and that was it. The next day i realized i totally ruined my left collarbone and rotator cuff. It was 50lbs more than i've done and it was too much too fast. So, my bench lacks now but i am fighting my way back. I was at 135 again, now i am back to 225+....
