The middle east is so complicated in terms of ''why'' and ''how''. Thats why they have experts trying to figure this **** out and even they get confused. Theres so many different groups fighting each other in the middle east and all have different reasons..
Its not about the terrorists being jealous of America's freedom, America is not the only one with freedom. There is plenty of countries out there with the freedom you speak of.. and probably more freedom then what America has.
The middle east hating the west dates back far, the british were doing the same thing in the middle east a long time before America was even recognised as a superpower.
