Either way Creatine only helps a little with DOMS...I don't believe that it really affects lactic acid too much...just helps you recover quicker...

LOL...sorry to mislead you....I am only allowed the three supplements to take which are Fish Oil, Rampage Protein Bars and Creatine MONO, in place of the Cee..
I am actually thinking I am in the losing end of this bet. so far I am in week 3 and I am not even close to the gains I've made when I was supplementing with Cee at about week 2..
Oh well. This will push me to go harder, I guess
