When it comes to you're health, and you're body you have to listen to it, when it tells you hey this hurts, don't try to ignore it, or say it's no big deal, play it out a couple of days, but if the problem persits break down and go to the Doc. Remember you wont to be able to lift you're kids or grand kids in you're latter days Duckett
