I had a similar problem a few years ago, not only did my forearm hurt but, my arm from the elbow down would go knumb and it would shake on it's own followed with tingling sensation, go to a doctor, I waited a month before I could not stand the pain, It turn out I had a hairline fracture, some PT and ultrasound PT, they gave me some muscle relaxer's, and some pain med. But overall I was down for 3 weeks. I feel great know, and have been. So if you still have pain. Go to the doctor, just to be on the safe side.
