TRAZ: I just started taking multi-vitamins about a week ago.
Traps: I have to let go of the bar slowly too or else it is very painful. So should I do lightweight curls even if it is hurting my arm? I am going to my doctor Friday to see what she says.
I finally started getting stronger because I am on a more strict diet and I am working out consistently, and now my arm starts hurting. It sucks!
I guess I will start going lighter. What do you think I should start at. Currently I am repping 35's for dumbell curls and around 85 lbs on preacher curls and standing barbell curls. Reps are anywhere from 6-10.
