Dang. I didnt expect to be so sore from the endurance reps that I am currently implementing in my workouts. I thought creatine was supposed to offset the build up lactic acid??
Anyways I am in this training where I am doing 3 sets of 20 in all of my exercises and it is a killer..I had to lower all my starting weights down so I can actually do 20 reps.
Anyone else doing the endurance exercises??
