Questions like these hint that you may not know exactly what you are doing. How long have you been lifting? Have you ran a cycle before? Proper PCT? You should know the answers to these.
T3 is dangerous if used incorrectly. You can f*ck up your thyroid permanatley. If you must use something, start with clen, clean diet, and lots of cardio. Without test though, you risk losing that hard earned muscle.
