Tom, if you're afraid of muscle loss, go with the clen over T3. T3 is way more catabolic. I also feel clen gives me a nice energy boost, though this may be more psychological than physiological lol.
On a personal note, I'm currently running prop@100mg eod and eq@400mg along with clen and T3. I'm at my peak dosage of 150mcg T3, and about 80-100mcg of clen daily. Running this with ketotifen fumarate to prevent down regulation of clen receptors and to ward off side effects, I have not noticed ANY loss of strength or size (other than my gut). In fact, I just got back from a personal best deadlift tonight! I'm only eating about 2500 cals or less too. So I wouldn't worry too much about muscle loss.
