I am 37. I weight 180. I'v been lifting for 9+ years solid. I am about 13 % body fat.I am runing the sd 10/20/20 with creatine, glutimine, 1000 mg milk thistle 1200mg ryr 60mg CoQ10 and 3gm taurine if back pumps start.
My goal is to be 190 after pct . My pct is liquid nolva 60/30/15 with tribulus maybe rebound xt at the end near the second week of pct as well. Taper the nolva and ramp the xt .This is my 4th day and no weight gain yet but the strenght is up. last night I added 20 lb to leg press so 725 x 3 not bad for an old guy.I am eating like a horse a drinking water like one as well. I'LL be workin out tomorrow night can't wait
