hello everyone this site is pretty nice, i been looking around for the las 2 weeks, and i have seen this is a great place for people trying to lose or gain or build body mass.
Im 18, im like 5'10, im 177 pounds, and im trying to lose some weight. then build some muscle.
i just started to go to the gym for 2 months and i havent seen really a change in my body maybe bc i do everything bad?..
i lose like 25 pounds with out going tot he gym, with out a diet and just running aroudn in the street and doing some abs works in my house. i saw more results there than now that im actually in the gym, i go to the gym 4 or sometimes 5 days a week. but still i dont have a diet maybe thats the problem.
really need some help..
btw i love the forum so is for sure i'll stay around for lots of time.
