Just remind her though that numbers on a scale shouldn't be the determining factor for her goal. She's doing weight training, so she's going to add muscle, which of course weighs more than fat. In the end she could be 160 with a brand new body that she loves. So she should also keep track of how many inches she's losing and how her clothes are fitting.

And that's a perfect example, cause just five mins ago she called me from the mall that she just bought a new outfit for my company party this Friday, and she said she went down a pant size, so I was excited for her, and she sounded happy, cause for a while there she was ready to quit, but I keep encourging her.
