As for a good breakfast...it could be anything... an omelett with fresh veggies, scrambled eggs, some oatmeal (if she likes it), a home-made egg mcmuffin (english muffin, egg, 1 slice of cheese), even cereal (like Basic 4 or Heart Smart). One of my favorite breakfasts is an omelett with fresh green peppers, some softened onions (heated in the microwave till they're soft and opaque), broccoli and some cheese, plus a slice of dry toast and sometimes a banana or an apple. Ok now I'm drooling..lol

I know people will come here and say stay away from the cereal and carbs and yadda yadda yadda, but honestly, they're nothing to be afraid of. The most important thing is moderation and watching the calorie intake. I've been a calorie counter for a long time, and it hasn't failed me yet.

Also, make sure she is drinking lots of water everyday.
The problem with her is that, she is not to big on the whole trying to keep up with counting calories, which she has a busy work schedule.

What would be the ideal calorie intake?????
( any help would be great, cause for some reason it makes more sense for her to read it or hear it from another women, as oposed from me. )
Still dont understand that, and I probably never will
