Height 5'5"
Weight not to sure but maybe around 185-190
Type of cardio. Alternate days from Bike, Tread, Eliptical, stairclimber.
Diet is a big issue for her, but I try and push her to eat right. The diet looks like this
Morning: Slimfast Shake, 1 Banana
Mid Morning: Some Grapes or Almonds
Lunch: Some Tuna, Or grilled Chicked Salad
Mid Afternoon: Protein Bar, Maybe some Cottage Chesse
Dinner: Is usaully are heavy meal. Depending on the day it could be some Grilled Chicken Breast, Baked Potatoes, and some steamed vegs. She tries to stay away from the heavy carbs late in the evening as much as possible.
The ironic thing about all this is that she happens to be a GP so sometimes she tries to self diagnose herself. Which of course is all part of the mental block.

She's probably not eating enough for one thing. Go to
http://www.thefitnesshub.com/ and sign up for the free account. There, you can find out her TCB (total calorie burn) and adjust her caloric intake accordingly. She can keep track of meals and workouts as well. It's a great tool and will probably help her stay on track.
Also, ditch the SlimFast shake and have her eat a real breakfast. It will be more beneficial to her.
