I've been very into counting calories lately...I eat really clean a lot but I tend to go over on the cals some times...resulting in a nice layer of ickiness over my muscles....So when I cut back on the cals, I got results immediately (like two weeks.) I still eat carbs and fat, but I watch the overall calorie thing, and that has made all the difference. Because say she's eating that tuna with mayo...that's very different from eating it plain....or just how big is that big last meal? Ideally the last meal is smaller, but I really think calories in/calories out is the main deal.
