Thanks for the input. I worked out my shoulders and back today and I was doing fine until I spotted my workout partner when doing shoulder press on a hammer machine. I didnt use much force at all to help him lift it but now it hurts to grip anything. I was holding my tray at lunch and almost dropped the food everywhere because of this. I am hopefully getting a Dr's appointment set up in the next couple days.

I will start taking it easier but I am not going to stop working out. I have came a long way since I started and I dont want to lose my hard earned gains. Also, I will start supplementing calcium as I dont drink very much milk.
