Yep. Diet is a bit crucial. I can workout all I want, but if I am not concentrating on the right food, my body will just bulk up... Not cut up. I try to cut my carbs for 2 weeks, just to readjust myself and then bring them back into my diet (but of course good carbs)... Post her diet, etc...
