First of all I would like to say thank you right off the top, for all responses.
Ok here is the problem. My is having trouble with losing weight. She has joined me in going to the gym since Jan and so far she has only lost 4lbs. We have reworked her diet and cardio routine and still no progress. Currently she is taking Tonalin CLA 4 a day. 2 in the morning and 2 in the evening. She does 1 hour of cardio 4 days a week, plus weight training using free weights. Any help and advise from the ladies would be great. And once again thanks.
