Need some help!

I have looked at several magazines, looking for a set routine, but I have come up empty handed. I found this site hoping that someone could help me come up with a complete routine, meal plan, and supplements used. I looked at several routines on the forums, but I am unsure which one to go with? As for a trainer, thats probably out of the question. Because the time it would take me to meet with one? I'm kinda out in the middle of nowhere!!!
What I'm looking for is to take my 5'9" / 210 lbs frame and add to it. Meaning: Being healthy; gaing more muscle; being more defined then I am now.
If anyone could help me at least get started with a routine and meal plan, I could started on the supplements later?
