[Duckett]

I am getting this terrible aching pain in my right forearm when I do curls of any sort. I THINK this started when I did reverse curls for the first time about 2 weeks ago. I talked to a few people and they said that it is just like shin splints but in the arm and that it will go away.

Well, my arm is getting worse. It gets so bad that sometimes I lose the ability to grip anything with my right hand. Sometimes I get shocks of pain all the way from my mid-forearm to my wrist. I can relate this pain to hitting your funny bone.

Thanks for your help in advance. I am trying to mend this soon before it gets worse. For right now, I guess I will stop doing curls, which makes me very mad.
