Hello All!
Hi there. My name is Paul and I am 36. I am 6' and 180lbs. I have been lifting for 15 months. I never used weights before that. I have been able to lose 40lbs and double my strength in that time.
I just found this bodybuilding forum and I have been reading the threads for a week or so. There is alot of good ideas and opinions here. This is my first post and I plan on posting more often.
