been doing these evryday for a while now and i can perform 10 chin ups and cando 5 pull ups, i find pull ups quite hard and you can really feel it in the back, after doing a few sets of as many as i can every day for around2 weeks now its amazing how much stronger i feel, i havent gotten bigger but can feel harder in my biceps triceps and lats.
