I had one, and all i will say is that it is a great place to get started. Mine was a good motivator cause i spent so damn much money on it so i figured i should use it. Its like spending 200 bucks on running shoes and then putting them in the closet.
After saying that it will only take you so far, you will never look like the guy in the sales commertial from using it.
I sold mine on ebay and got nearly what i spent on it after two years of use.
