if you read my journal a bit you'll know why i'm built like this. no offense to your comment though, i know most of the BB'ers on this board are geared towards bulking so i can understanding the reasoning in your response to my pix. pretty much I've always worked out for plain fitness and muscular endurance. I've done cardio and high rep workouts whenever i used weights but mostly pushups and stuff like that......
the pix are a result of everything i've done....i've never tried bulking ever... this is just my base to start when i get back on track.
