Start with week 1-25mg/day(1 tab/day)
week 2-37.5mg/day (1.5 tabs /day)
week 3-50mg (2 tabs/day)
I think that you want to hit 50mg/day for best strentgh but also 2 weeks might be too short. So do a 3 week.
OR do 2 weeks for 50mg/day
