x2 provizan-15mg (before brek)
x2 sida cordfolia (before brek)
x1 prolean sf (contents emptied into water and drink - after brek)
x2/1 sida cordfolia (2 if im training, 1 if im not no later then 3pm)
A hell of alot of water, fair carbs, the rest protein and 1 hour of cardio 3times a week, havent touched weights yet.
I was weighing at 218lbs/99.2kilos/just shy of 16stones last monday.
The morning im at 207lbs
