hams hurt
The past couple weeks when I squat, the back of my legs hurt, especially on the warmup set of 130 lbs. It seems to go away by the time I get to my work set of about 260, but I feel weak and can barely get the 8 reps out. My goal is to get to 285 because my best in my last cycle was 280, but I don't know what the deal is now. The only thing I can think of is I have a new girlfriend and the inside of my legs are sore the day after "seeing" her, but we only do it a couple times a week right now. Do you think that could be it? I have also lost a couple pounds, work, school, new relationship, ect.
