first of all, you prolly dont wanna loose 15 pounds of fat. That would put you at 6% bodyfat. If you lost 10 pounds of fat, you would be about 9% bf which would be a better goal if you ask me.
Second, you obviously cant have a "perfect" diet because ure in school for 7 hours a day but try to eat about every 3 hours. Eat clean healthy foods and i would try to consume about 500 calories per meal for 6 meals a day
Third, whats your training split look like?
