Even if Pressdowns SUCK, which I'm sure they do, I should still be progressing in that particular exercise! But I've not been able to stack on just ONE more plate and perform an adequate number of reps with good form.
My routine is:
Day 1. Biceps ONLY
Day 2. Triceps and Chest (All I do are pressdowns, bench presses, and that funny thing with the pec deck on my machine)
Day 3. Rest
Day 4. Rest
Start all over again.
I think I'll split my workouts further, with Biceps one day, Triceps the next (pressdowns and db overhead extensions, which are pretty fun), and then the last day my Chest workout. But I'm not sure if I should keep the two day rest period after that routine, or change it to one day rest.
Trial and error, I suppose.
