The only feeling that I could compare it to is when I had kidney stones a few years ago, but not that bad, it almost feels likes it's kidney related and not back, cause the more water I consume the less the pain.???? I didn't start feeling the back pumps until a couple of days ago. Not sure why you didn't feel anything even at 30mg.???hmmm Strange.
