Progressing Everywhere but Triceps
I've been workin' out my arms and chest for a while now, and I've managed to max out my machine for bench pressing, and I've been progressing quite well with regards to my biceps, but I've been stuck on the same weight on my triceps for longer than I can remember!!!!!
It's like they don't want to grow! Which is proposterous, because THEY'LL GROW WHEN I TELL THEM TO GROW! But, really, they're just not growing at all.
My triceps are stronger than they used to be (ie. when I first started workin' out), but I have been having trouble progressing to a higher weight. I'm doin' weights for my biceps that are over triple what I started doing but my triceps are, if anything, decreasing!
So now I'm getting paranoid that they will shrivel up, and I'll start having trouble pushing the school bully of our tallest building.
EDIT: By the way, I do Tricep Pressdowns as my main tricep exercise, as well as bench pressing!
