Not in a very good mood..thought I had a great leg workout the other day and thought id really be hurting(in a good way) but I dont feel a thing. Just hope I worked hard enough

Starting to get a little bigger since I started lifting..up 14 lbs since wrestling ended. A little dissapointed with gains so when I get back into a real gym I plan on kicking the weight up more for everything.
Bulking is however going pretty well. Goal is to hit 150 or above, from 133-35 during wrestling. So far im up to 146 with about 12 % body fat.
