Check your form on lifts like curls, or raises, etc..etc...
When doing curls always keep your chest out and your shoulders low and dont lift them up. If you do, then your are involving your delts and even traps into the exercise. I bet that's the issue.

On this note, my right Pec used to be smaller than my left because of a form issue. When doing bench press I was always pressing more up with the left side and was finishing my lockout unbalanced with the left higher than the right. When I corrected the improper form they quickly balanced out pretty much.

hey- thats a great point! Thank you! why didnt i think of that?
i will have to pay attention then tomorrow to my technique..maybe you're right.

also, maybe i'm trying to lift heavier than i can do so it screws up my form? we'll see...thanks again
