hey builder, u seem like a knowledgeable kid and congrats on starting BB, im 14 myself and have been lifting for years but only seriously for bout' 4 months. So when it comes to eating six meals a day i kno that can be hard, ive bin tryin to keep to it but always seem to get caught in class

what i do during days off is just throw on a can of chunky soup or somthin, its easy and tastes good, and i dont know how ur school schedual works but good luck. Eggs and chicken maybe tuna are good choices with good protein. good luck.
