Well ive decided to start up my own training log. Just to keep track of my progress and what im doing. Open to all sorts of encouragement, critque, etc. Keep in mind some days will have 2 workouts. One for school and one for football after. Not really a choice in the matter, so I just try to train smart. The workouts arent my own, they are made up by my coaches or else theyd probably be different.

142 lbs
16 years old
about 2 years of lifting experience. 1 and half was serious.
Goals:
1000 lbs weight club for school by end of year..will make me one of the top ten in my grade.
Bench: Current-170 Goal: 200
Squat: Current-385 Goal: 415
Power Clean: Current-170 Goal: 190+
Im currently taking 5g creatine mono and 100 % whey protein
