I know this is an obvious statement but my right arm is stronger than my left. I am trying to figure a way to level it out.
Tak concentration curls for example. My right arm can handle more weight than the left. So do I add an additional set later in the week for my left arm or lessen the weight on the right till the left catches up?
It may seem like a silly question but this drives me nuts on bicept days.
i have to kinda spot the left with the right by the end of the second set.
Any suggestions?
