First welcome to the forum. Read as many of the stickies and post as you can, there is a "search" function, this is also very very helpful.

Now your other statements. You seem to be throwing a lot of pills down, and the Anavol and Power Pump is pretty much the same thing as in what it is doing to/for your body. Read lots and lots of stuff in the diet section, and your diet will dictate your size, whether you gain or lose, along with your workout routine. More lifting for strength/bulking, more cardio for cutting fat. You may want to keep track of your calories, protein, carbs, fat daily for a couple of weeks. When you write it down and look at it, you will see where things can be adjusted.

The Forza-T is pretty good stuff, just expensive. You could probably go the route of 6-oxo alone on your next cycle. At 39, this stuff works pretty well (I'm also 39, been lifting 12 years).

As far as your workout, you will need some time off in there. Muscles don't grow in the gym, they grow when you are resting... no rest, no grow ..which can lead to some overtraining if you are not careful. Maybe after your fourth day, take two days off and go back at it again. Or do some cardio on one of those days.

Overall, I think you are moving in the right direction. You will learn alot on this forum, such as different supplements, more advanced routines, improved form. The key is finding what works for your body. My body responds better to some specific exercises, and you'll know that feeling when it hits you. Same goes for supplements, there are many reviews of supplements on this forum, some works great for me, others are just like throwing money to the wind.. but I'm always trying new things and making notes as to how I respond to it. Good luck on lifting, and don't be shy to ask a question!
