After much research, this is whats wrong:
"Benign exertional headache
Benign exertional headache is precipitated by any form of exercise. Subvarieties, such as "weight-lifters headache" are recognised.
Diagnostic Criteria:
A. Is specifically brought on by physical exercise.
B. Is bilateral, intense throbbing in nature at onset and may develop migrainous features, in those patients susceptible to migraine.
C. Lasts from 5 minutes to 24 hours.
D. Is prevented by avoiding excessive exertion, particularly in hot weather or at high altitued.
E. Is not associated wtih any systemic or intracranial disorder.
Treatment: Exertional headache is prevented in some patients by the ingestion of ergotamine tartrate, methysergide, propranolol or indomethacin before exercise."
Im going to take the rest of the weekend off and try again Monday. If its bad news then I could be out for two months. I willl go see my Doc too and see if he thinks I should get any further tests done.
