Few Questions
Hey guys, i'm new here...first post
I'm a varsity running back in high school football
I'm 16 years old, weigh 175, bench press 290, and i'm 5'8"
I have a few questions for you guys:
1. Growth stunting: I've been lifting for a few years now...i started out real slow and grew into a solid weight lifting program...but i want to grow taller and i feel that i'm not reaching my potential in height and the muscle mass I have could be slowing me down.
2. Stretch marks: YUP!...i got them pretty good under my arms. My lifting buddys are jealous and consider them bragging rights. I don't really like them....wat's the deal with them? Do they go away?
