Day 3
Really good workout today. Felt extremly good
I dont think the SD has kicked in yet but for some reason cardio was a breeze. Even with the incline on 14.0 @6.0mph on the treadmill.
Leg workout was great
Angled Leg Squat 260 4 sets of 12 with ease
Leg extensions 150 4 sets of 15 with ease
Leg Curls 190 4 sets of 12 with ease
Sitting Calf Raises 80 4 sets of 15 with ease
Threw in some ab work, but by far it was a great workout.
No reportable sides yet, just a little discomfort in the back but not serious. The only thing I noticed was yesterday around noon I felt tired and sleepy so I closed the door to my office and snoozed for about 15min. After that I felt good. Diet is good. I am eating like a pig. The wife was like you are eating again!!!! Yup!!!! Today is the last day @ 10mg tommorow 20mg. tommorow is also back and shoulders workout. Will kept reporting my progress. I am not going to push it to hard just yet!!!!!
