Day 2

Yesterday was a good day did not experice any effects, but I figure it wont be till at least the 7th or 8th day.
I got to get use to eating like a bear. I was feeling like no more food, but keeped on eating. had an other huge breakfast today 3 raw eggs ( yes raw )
not to bad, some oatmeal, some bananas, and a protein shake. Drinking water like crap, kind of sucks cause the freakin bathroom is a good walk from my office. But oh well. Tommorow is 5:00am workout. Looking foward to it.
LEGS
leg extensions, 4 sets 10-20 reps
leg curls, 4 sets 10-15 reps
standing calf raises, 3 sets with barbell 15-20 reps
plate squats, 3 sets to failure
and some lunges
and mixing in some ab work, just to help with this dam gut. ahhhhhhhh it's fustrating. Evertything looks slimmer but that dam gut.
