Its pretty common to get the hairline fractures in your forearm when your new to working out. I had it too, actually in both my forearms. Curling was very painfull. It lasted for months. It'll go away eventually. Just use very light weight on curls(like the bar), and each workout or every other workout increase the weight like 5 lbs. Get enough calcium and vitamin D(i think its D that allows calcium to absorb) Dont worry about glucosamine and condroiten<sp> msm, it wont do jack for ya.

The above is all imo, does not mean that is your situation. Does the pain feel like its in the bone or more like muscle/tendon/ligament type pain.
