WELL WITH THE FIRST THING MOST OF US HAVE OUR WN WORKOUT THAT WE FEEL WORKS FOR US WHICH IS WHY I DID NOT PUT ANYTHING FOR THAT AND I FELT IT STUPIDLY REPETITIVE TO REPEAT WHAT EVERY THREAD SAYS ABOUT PROTEIN. mY MAIN GOAL OF THIS IS TO JUST GET RID OF THIS THOUGHT THAT WORKING THE SAME BODY PART EVERYDAY IS BAD. I DO THINK THAT DOING TO MUCH THE DAY AFTER DOES HINDER RESULTS BUT LIKE I SAID A LIGHT WEIGHT HIGH REP WORKOUT WORKS. AS FOR DOING A WHOLE BODY WORKOUT EVERYDAY IS NOT WHAT IM SAYING DO I AM JUST TRYING TO HELP THOSE WHO ARE STUCK GET AN ALTERNATE SOLUTION TO THERE PROBLEM
