to fix a bulged disk, you can do a number of things to keep the pain to a minimum. stretching is good. also, not bending over will help it heal. even to pick up a pencil. bend your knees, not your back. everytime you bend over you are puttin serious stress on your joints in your back. it may not feel like it, but bending over when you have a hurt disk is really bad for it.
if the disk is bulged AND degenerative, like mine, you will eventually need a disk replacement surgery. i wont need oon for about 15 years, but it's there and my vert's are getting closer together by the day.
not saying this is your problem, but you definitley want to diagnose your back problems. this goes for anyone. never let your back go un fixed or undiagnosed. get the problem taken care of as fast as possible.
